保育園時に脳外科手術を受けた女子中学生の苦悩と心の成長 Hardship and spirit in a female junior high school student who underwent brain surgery in infancy 小山, 充道 KOYAMA, Mitsuto 思い 自分描画法 スクールカウンセリング “OMOI” Self-Portrait Method (SPM) school counseling 本論文は13歳11ヶ月の女子中学生の事例研究である。彼女は乳幼児期に脳障害に罹患した。彼女は思春期にあり、学級内ではクラスの男子生徒からいじめを受け心理的な苦悩が増大していた。面接期間は２年６ヶ月間、面接は全部で87回実施された。 筆者はスクールカウンセラーの立場でクライエントと対面した。面接はクライエント自身が求めたものだった。本報告ではクライエントとスクールカウンセラーの関わりに重点をおき、面接過程については思いの心理療法（小山；2002a）の視点から検討した。彼女は中学３年間をかけて〝自分" という存在に真摯に向き合い、困難を乗り越え希望する高校へ進学した。 This article is a case study of a female junior high school student aged 13 years and 11 months who had developed a cerebral disorder in infancy. Psychological problems increased at puberty and she experienced bullying from male students in her class. She underwent a total of 87 interviews during a period of 2 years and 6 months. The author met with her school counselor and heard that the student herself had requested the interviews. In this report, we put great importance on the relationship between the student and the school counselor and examined the interview process from the viewpoint of “OMOI.”(Koyama:2002).
