Well-Being","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は、乳酸発酵野菜入り野菜・果実混合飲料による排便改善効果に、飲料に含まれて\nいる乳酸発酵野菜汁が関与しているかどうか調査することを目的として、乳酸発酵野菜汁入\nりの飲料と、それを除いた飲料で排便改善効果の比較を行った。インフォームドコンセント\nの得られた健常な女子大学生10名(21~22歳)を対象とし、非摂取期間2週間(観察期)、\n乳酸発酵野菜汁入りの試験飲料(サンプルI、200g/日)摂取期間4週間(飲用期I)、ウォッ\nシュアウト期間4週間、乳酸発酵野菜汁なしの試験飲料(サンプルII、200g/日)摂取期間4\n週間(飲用期II)の合計14週間を調査期間として設けた。排便状況、食事内容、排便に影響\nを及ぼす可能性がある特記事項については、ウォッシュアウト期間を除き、毎日記録を行っ\nた。食物摂取頻度調査を観察期、飲用期I、IIにそれぞれ1回ずつ行った。各飲用期終了後\nには事後アンケート調査を実施し、自覚症状の評価を行った。10例を解析した結果、飲用期\nIの全期間と飲用期II前半の2週間では、観察期よりも排便量が有意に増加した。飲用期II\n後半の2週間では、排便量の増加は見られず、観察期とほぼ同じ量であった。観察期と各々\nの飲用期における食事調査の結果、飲料成分を除いた栄養価等に差が認められないことから、\nともに飲料摂取による排便量の増加であると推察されるが、サンプルIIの飲料では、排便量\nの増加が一時的なものであった。これらの結果より、乳酸発酵野菜入り野菜・果実混合飲料\nの摂取による排便改善作用には、飲料に含まれる乳酸発酵野菜汁が関与していると思われる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID(NAID)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"40020599207","subitem_relation_type_select":"NAID"}}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12218176","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"三田村,
