| 内容記述 | 本論文は、教職課程カリキュラムの改正に伴って生じた問題点を、カリキュラム外活動を 積極的に導入して解決しようとした実践報告である。まず、現在の教職課程の現状を、学年 別の受講者数、学校種・公私立別の教育実習者数（中等教育のみ）、そして特別支援学校での 介護等体験実施者数から示した。学年別の受講者数は、他大学と同様に学年があがるにつれ て減少し、最終的に教育実習に行く学生はおよそ50～70人である。これらの学生のうち、約 20％の学生が教職に就くことになる。カリキュラム外活動としては、道教委、札幌市教委、 そして幌北小学校でのボランティア活動（道教委主催の「セミナー」を含む）とともに、教 職課程講座・学外講師招聘・学校訪問（授業見学）などの実施状況をまとめた。2014年度の ３・４年生90人のうち88人は、少なくとも一度はカリキュラム外活動に参加している。ボ ランティア活動に参加している学生は、「教育実習前に本物の学校に生でふれることができ た」など、高い評価をしている。最後に今後の課題として、カリキュラム外活動の組織化、 一度も参加しない学生への指導、一部の学生の意識の欠如をあげ、その対応についてふれた。 |

| 内容記述 | This article is a practical report of extracurricular activities which are introduced to solve the problem caused by the revised curriculum for the teacher-training program. Firstly in this article I show the current situation of the program at our university, including the number of the students in the program, the numbers of the students who take the teaching training at public and private secondary schools respectively, and the number of the students who take part in the hands-on activities at schools for the special needs education. The enrollment in the teacher-training program declines as the students’grades advanced,which is typically found in many universities. The final number of the students who take teaching practice in the fourth grade is approximately 50 to 70, and about 20 percent of them engage in teaching after graduation. Secondly,the article summarizes the implementation status of extracurricular activities, including the activities organized by Hokkaido Prefectural Board of Education and Sapporo City Board of Education, volunteer work at Kohoku Elementary School, teacher-training course, lectures by extramural lecturers, and classroom observations. 88 out of 90 third-and fourth-year students take part in the extracurricular activities at least once while in school. The students who participate in the volunteer activities evaluate the activities highly, saying that the activities give them a valuable experience before they practiceteach. Lastly,the report presents future challenges such as systematization of extracurricular activities, instruction to the students who have not participated in the activities, and lack of ethical values in participating students, along with the coping plan to them. |
