And we eagerly expect to continue to live with our own manner in our own community till the last moments even in severe nursing care level.\nIn order to achieve the goal, we desperately need to promote Community-based Welfare, but which is strongly influenced by the social, economic and political issues, life problems of community members, practices resolving them, and age thoughts in the society etc. Therefore, the appearance of Community-based Welfare has been changing according to such periodical situations.\nAnd recently this change has been drastically accelerated, so we have not been able to adapt our concepts in Community-based Welfare to the real-time problems, which has made our practice scene confused.\nMy goal of this study is to establish a theory how to promote Community-based Welfare up to date, for which I have briefly described genealogy of the past theories and\nmethodologies of Community-based Welfare referring to the literatures.
