While conducting multiple-choice and fill-in-the-blank questionnaire surveys, we have tried to specifically identify challenges that underlie teacher training. These surveys have revealed that one challenge facing the Department is that the basic prerequisite for obtainingʠClass 1 special-needs schoolteacher certificationʡis kindergarten teacherʼs certification. It has also been pointed out that it is necessary to examine how students who are certified as special-needs schoolteachers can utilize the expertise and skills acquired through the special program after employment.}, pages = {95--100}, title = {特別支援学校における教育実習改善の基礎的研究(4)文章記述からみた課題の分析}, year = {2018}, yomi = {コンノ, クニヒコ and イケダ, ヒロアキ and オガワ, トオル} }
