G. ユングによる無意識の知覚すなわち共時性（synchronicity）が機能する無意識の過程であり、疣が退縮する物と物の間の交感に触れる実験の自然の過程は、炎症反応の増強による免疫反応の賦活およびプラセボ効果であり、剣による創傷がその剣への軟膏塗布で治癒する物と物の間の交感に触れる実験の自然の過程は、現代の湿潤療法が採用している湿潤環境の形成であると理解することができた。また再使用された軟膏の徳性（virtue）の増加は、S.
