| 内容記述 | 藤女子大学人間生活学部食物栄養学科では、平成4年の開設以来、2年次の解剖生理学実験の一環として系統解剖(人体解剖)見学を9年間に渡って実施してきている。今回、9年間に渡る学生の系統解剖見学のレポートを分析することにより、系統解剖見学の方法とその効果、さらには見学の意義などについての検討を試みた。この9年間の見学の試みを振り返って言えることは、ほとんどの学生が見学してよかったことを実感しており、見学が人体解剖学の知識の獲得に有用であるだけでなく、生命の尊厳や自らの健康の在り難さについて考察する機会になっていた。今回の研究では、系統解剖見学を最も良い状態で遂行するためには3つの点が重要であることが示唆された:(1)系統的なオリエンテーションが系統解剖見学の参加者の動機づけには必要であり、オリエンテーションには視聴覚教材を使用した献体についての説明を含むことが必要であろう。(2)医学生の存在が、実習効果を高めるのに必要不可欠であろう。(3)事前に人体発生学や病理学の肉眼標本を含む生物学医学標本館の見学が、系統解剖実習室において起こることが予想される非日常的な経験を受け入れやすくするであろう。管理栄養士養成教育において今後益々高まる医学知識の必要性を考えると、藤女子大学以外の管理栄養士養成施設においても解剖生理学実験の一環として系統解剖見学を実施することは、重要なことであると考える。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The participation of sophomore students in dissection of human bodies has been organized for nine straight years as a session of Anatomical and Physiological Experiment. In the present study, we analyzed the students' reports on the participation in an effort to find the best way of the participation in the dissection. The great majority of the students expressed their gratitude for the participation and thought it an occasion for not only studying human anatomy but also reflecting on the dignity of life and their well-being. The study suggested that three points may be essential for the optimal achievement of the goals for the participation: (1) A systematic orientation will be required for motivating the participants and need to include audiovisual materials for explaining the donation of human body after death ; (2) The presence of medical students will enhance the achievement of the goals ;(3) Preparatory visiting at an biomedical museum containing macroscopic materials for human embryogenesis and human pathology will help the participants to accommodate themselves to prospective unfamiliar experiences at a dissecting room. Considering the ever-increasing requirement of medial knowledge in the education of prospective registered dietitians, we think it important for other institutions to adopt the participation of prospective registered dietitians in the dissection of human bodies. | |||||
