| 内容記述 | 藤女子大学人間生活学部食物栄養学科では、2年次の解剖生理学実験の一環として、人体解剖見学および標本館見学を実施している。本研究は、栄養士養成教育における標本館見学の意義について考察し、標本館見学は単独で実施しても人体解剖見学と同等の意義を持ち得るか否かを検討した。その結果、実習が持つ意義として次の点が示唆された:(1)人体解剖見学では、同世代の医学生に刺激を受け、管理栄養士としての職業意識が芽生えた。(2)標本館見学では、発生学標本等を目の当たりにして母性が喚起された。また、引き続いて実施された人体解剖見学における緊張感や抵抗感、衝撃を緩和した。(3)両見学で独自性のある意義は次の2点であった:(1)人体構造の個人差に気付く機会となった。(2)食物栄養学科の学生が標本館見学あるいは人体解剖見学をする意義について考える機会となった。(4)両見学で相関性のある意義は次の3点であった:(1)人体構造に関する知識を習得する機会となった。(2)生命の尊さや神秘、自分が健康であることのすばらしさに気付く機会となった。(3)実習が献体者(標本)の好意によって支えられていることに気付く機会となった。結論として、標本館見学は人体解剖実習の代わりとはならないが、十分単独で実施する意義がある。また、とくに人体解剖実習の実施を考えると、標本館見学と一緒に実施した方が相乗的な実習効果が期待できるだろう。他の栄養士・管理栄養士養成施設においても標本館見学、人体解剖見学の単独での実施、あるいは標本館見学に引き続いて人体解剖見学を実施することが望まれる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Both the participation in dissection of human bodies and the visit at a biomedical museum have been organized for six straight years for sophomore female students of prospective registered dietitians as a session of Anatomical and Physiological Experiment. In the present study, we analyzed the students' reports on their experiences in the dissecting room and in the museum in an effort to determine an educational significance of these medical programs. The study suggested the following points : (1) Participation in dissection in the presence of peer medical students enhanced professional self-recognition of students as prospective registered dietitians ; (2) Specimens of human embryogenesis aroused the students' maternal instincts ; (3) Visit at the museum prior to participation in dissection helped the students to accommodate themselves to prospective shocking and/or unfamiliar experiences of the dissection ; (4) Participation in dissection was a better occasion for studying individual variation in the structure of human bodies and reflecting on the importance of the participation as prospective registered dietitians in comparison with visit at the museum. (5) Participation in dissection and visit at the museum provided the students with similar occasions for studying the structure of human bodies, reflecting on the dignity of life and their well-being, and remembering the goodwill with which donors provided their own bodies. In conclusion, visit at a biomedical museum may not take the place of participation in dissection. Nevertheless, a biomedical museum has its own merits and is worth visiting. Furthermore, visit at a biomedical museum prior to participation in dissection should make the dissection more tolerable for students. | |||||
