| 内容記述 | フローレンス・ナイチンゲールは、近代的看護、病院管理、衛生、公衆衛生、教育、栄養学において貢献したことが認識されている。本研究の目的は、フローレンス・ナイチンゲールの看護の特徴を彼女のスピリチュアリティーの視点から確定することであった。フローレンス・ナイチンゲールの回復過程としての疾病観、患者中心の視点、臨床観察と統計学への焦点化、人体の自然治癒力を介する疾病予防と健康増進は、彼女のスピリチュアルな自己に基づいており、西洋の生活療法(diet)の伝統線上にあると同時に近代科学的普遍性と矛盾しないであろう。このように、フローレンス・ナイチンゲールの患者ケアの枠組は、癒し-指向性の実践的医学である統合医療の樹立にとって重要なモデルの一つであり得るであろう。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Florence Nightingale's contribution to modern nursing, hospital administration, sanitation, public health, education, and dietetics is recognized. The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of the nursing of Florence Nightingale from the viewpoint of her spirituality. Florence Nightingale's view of diseases as restorative process, patient-centered perspectives, focuses upon clinical observation and statistics, disease prevention and health promotion through healing system operating in the human organism may be recognized to be based upon spiritual self, and to be at the same time in line with Western tradition of diet and compatible with modern scientific universality. Thus, Florence Nightingale's framework of patient care would be one of the most important model for establishing integrative medicine, a medical practice that is healing-oriented. | |||||
