| 内容記述 | 本論文では、貝原益軒の生活教育哲学が今日の男女共同参画牡会を指向する食育に適用できるものかどうかについて検討した。そのために養生訓に記された「食する時の五思」をとりあげて分析した。その結果、「食する時の五思」に述べられた楽の思想と大疑録において明らかにされた誠を基本とし敬を実践の二次的な方法とする考え方は、男女共同参画社会を指向する今日の食育の考えに矛盾しないことが示された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The present study examined whether the philosophy of life education by Kaibara Ekken is relevant or not to the present-day Shokuiku (food and nutrition education) with an aim toward achieving a gender-equal society. For this purpose the five thoughts on meals presented in Yojokun (the Way of Nurturing Life) were analyzed. The results showed that his idea of pleasure stated in the five thoughts as well as his way of thinking of Makoto (sincerity) as fundamental while Kei (seriousness) as a secondary method of practice that was revealed in Taigiroku (Record of Great Doubts) is compatible with the idea of the present-day Shokuiku with an aim toward achieving a gender-equal society. | |||||
