| 内容記述 | 釧路町遠矢コレクティブハウジングは平成18年に北海道で初めて供給されたコレクティブハウジングである。本研究は釧路町役場都市建設課と異なる属性の居住者4世帯に対して行ったヒアリング調査をもとに、釧路町遠矢コレクティブハウジングの事業展開と居住者の交流状況や評価を明らかにすることを目的とする。釧路町遠矢コレクティブハウジングは、従来のコレクティブハウジングに高齢者在宅支援サービスと地域交流支援の拠点機能を併設したものである。このようなコレクティブハウジングが誕生した背景には、釧路町住宅マスタープランに公営住宅と福祉サービス拠点との連携を図ったシルバーハウジングプロジェクトが位置づけられており、福祉サイドとの連携や各種交付金の活用により実現された。入居者は、入居前ワークショップ(模擬事業)により、おおよそコレクティブハウジングの住まい方を理解しており、入居後もおすそわけや住戸の行き来が頻繁に行われ、親密な人間関係が形成されている。その中で、高齢者は異世代間をつなぐ大きな役割を果たしている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this study is to clarify the construction process of Toya collective housing in Kushiro town and the communication situation between the residents based on interviews with the Kushiro town office staff and the residents. Our conclusions are as follows: 1) In the first case we found that the city construction section and the welfare section joined forces to establish a community center attached to the Toya collective housing. 2) In the second case we found that there is positive communication between the residents. In particular, the positive communication between different generations could become the key to the success of the Toya collective housing. Senior residents have an important role in the project. Their life experience is useful to younger residents. Meeting held between residents before they moved in also helped them to get to know each other. | |||||
