| 内容記述 | 保育所における保護者支援は、児童福祉法や2008年改正の現行保育所保育指針に、子ども の保育と同様に保育者の業務として明確に位置づけられている。本稿では、保育所に入所し ている子どもの保護者に対する支援の歴史的変遷や保護者支援に関する先行研究を概観した 上で、保育所における保護者支援の現代的課題について考察した。保育所における保護者支 援は、保育所の設立当初から保育士たちによって行われてきたことであるが、時代の変化と ともに求められるものが変容し、現代においては多くの保育士が支援にあたり困難感をかか えている。その要因として、子どもや保護者の変化が多くの先行研究で挙げられているが、 本稿では保育所における保護者支援にいくつかの二重性が潜んでいることが保護者支援の難 しさを生んでいることを示唆している。 |

| 内容記述 | This study investigates the present issues related to parent support in the context of the Japanese nursery schools by reviewing past studies on parent support, and how this support has changed over time. Parent support was introduced by the nursery school teachers when nursery schools were first established. However,many current teachers are facing difficulties in providing support to the parents as the expected role of a nursery school teacher changes over times. This trend could be due to the changes in children and parents, which are frequently reported in past studies. And in this study, the author pointed out some duality as the cause of difficulty in providing parent support. |
