| 内容記述 | Our research is aimed at revealing the supervising teachers' attitude towards enhancing and improving our practice teaching at schools for special needs education. In order to collect data, we conducted surveys among supervising teachers who have taught as part of the practice teaching. The following three points were identified : 1) most of the supervising teachers who taught in the practice teaching class have a sense of fulfillment in their work, 2) a considerable amount of the course is spent in teaching student teachers how to get involved with or relate to children and how to understand them as well as on how to prepare lesson plans, 3) supervising teachers feel it would greatly benefit student teachers if they were taught prior to taking the practice teaching the characteristics of the various disorder likely to be encountered as well how to prepare lesson plans. | |||||
