| 内容記述 | 実施より丸10年を経過した介護等体験について、藤女子大学の総括を行う。11年間での実施者数は約900人であり、その人数は最近減少傾向にある。お世話になった特別支援学校数は26校となった。また社会福祉施設数はのべ700以上となり、施設での体験実施は夏に集中している。事前指導は、少なくとも初期に比べれば丁寧になっており、他大学と比べても遜色はない。しかし現実には、いくつかのトラブルが発生してきており、その事例を紹介した。また、他大学との違いを事前指導のあり方とともに実施時期の点から行い、執筆者自身による介護等体験の経験についても述べた。最後に、今後の課題として、事前指導のさらなる検討と実施時期について触れた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper aims to intend to summarize the 10-years-experience of Kaigo-to-taiken (caring experiences) in Fuji Women's University. During this period total 900 students participated in this program but this number has been declining recently. The number of special needs school which students has been allocated in is 26 and social welfare organizations are more than 700. The implementation period of this program is still concentrated during summer vacation. Preliminary guidance in June or July has been got better compared to the beginning and the other universities, However as a matter of fact, there are some troubles between students and organizations which this paper presents. So this paper introduces some reform plan of this program through our 10 years experiences focusing on the implementation timing and preliminary guidance. | |||||
