| 内容記述 | 日本で厚生労働省が「子育て支援」施策を打ち出してから約20年になる。この間、様々な法制度が整備されてきたが、「子育て支援」とは何かという理論構築は十分になされていない。一般的には、子育て支援すなわち「子育てひろば」であるかのように認識されがちである。また、自治体も「子育てひろば」の数を増やすことに力を入れている。しかし、現在ある「子育てひろば」ではサポートしきれない少数派のニーズ(しょうがい児や多胎児の親子など)や、新たなニーズ(男女共同参画など)に対応する子育て支援が必要である。本研究では、市民が中心となって実施している新しいタイプの子育て支援の事例をもとに、現在求められている子育て支援のありようを考察する。長期的には、国・地方自治体・企業・NPO・サークルなどが多様化する子育て支援のどの部分をサポートするのかを整理することを目的とする。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Although Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) has recognized the importance of childcare support and has set up the necessary laws during these twenty years, researchers have not provided a theoretical justification for what is required in childcare support. It is generally misunderstood that providing childcare support means providing places for childcare. In fact, local governments only supply places for childcare, not other service. However, it is absolutely necessary that our society arrange service to solve a variety of problems resulting from families with children with disabilities, twins, and supertwins, and our social system (e.g. Gender Equality Policy). The goal of this paper is, then, to explore several case studies in which civilians play an important role in childcare support, providing a sophisticated theory of childcare support. Specifically, this paper argues that all the groups including the central government, local governments, companies,and Nonprofit Organization need to be involved in childcare in the long run. | |||||
