| 内容記述 | 本稿では、子どもの虐待予防と子育て支援に焦点をあて、虐待を予防するための子育て支援を中心にフィンランド・ネウヴォラに着目して考察した。日本の周産期をめぐる子育て支援は世界に類をみない充実した内容であるが、その対象は母子に限定されていること、支援の期間も公的には乳幼児期の3歳児健診と対象および期間が限定的である。フィンランド・ネウヴォラが対象とするのは、「子育てする家族」であり、父親を含む家族支援に重点がおかれている。支援期間は基礎学校就学までの長期にわたっており、保育園や病院など関係諸機関で子育て家族のデータを共有、学校入学後は学校の保健師とも連携を取り、子育て家族に継続的支援を行っていることが明らかになった。母子支援の枠組みにとどまらない家族支援の在り方は、日本の子育て支援における今後の課題を示唆している。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study is about parenting support, focuses on child abuse prevention and childrearing support system mainly on Finland Neuvola. In Japan, from the perinatal period subject only provide to mother and child. And most support systems provides to under 3age infants, term is limited. Neuvola is a very unique system in terms of gender equality of child care. They give many suggestion to Japanese Child Car and Family Support system. For example, parenting, and family support including the fathers in Finland. And over time until the basic school enrollment period revealed that shared parenting family data in related organizations, such as nursery schools, hospitals, school enrollment after takes a partnership and the school nurse, doing ongoing support child rearing family. Neuvola's Family assistance is not only in the framework of the mother and child support. They suggest issues on "Parenting" support and Child Care Support to our society. | |||||
