| 内容記述 | 本研究では、乳幼児の栄養素や食材の摂取状況ならびに食生活に対する母親の意識の実態 調査など離乳期の食べ物に関して、母親へのアンケート調査を実施した。調査は生後５か月 から１歳６か月の乳幼児を持つ母親を対象とし、調査時期は2010年９月から10月に実施し、 152名より回答を得た。その解析から次のような結果を得て考察した。 １．食事作りの気持ちは「好きでも嫌いでもない」が多く、菓子作りは「好き」という回答 が多かった。 ２．保有している調理器具のうち使用頻度の高い調理器具は「包丁」、「フライパン」、「コン ロ」、「まな板」であった。 ３．食習慣については「野菜類はほとんど毎日食べている」が多く、少なかった回答は「果 物類を毎日食べるようにしている」であった。 ４．離乳食作りは「好きでも嫌いでもない」が多く、母親が「離乳食作りに関する情報が欲 しい」という回答は92.1％希望していた。離乳食作りの情報源は「雑誌」が多く、「栄養士」、 「テレビ」は少なかった。離乳食作りを「時々悩む」と回答した割合は月齢が進むにつれて 増加した。 ５．ベビーフードは約６割の母親が使用しており、使う理由として「調理が簡単」が多かっ た。ベビーフードを使わない理由として「手作りをする」「価格が高い」の順であった。 ６．母親と子どもの食事について、夕食に母親と子どもの同じ食品の出現が多かった。９か 月以上から子どもは母親と同じ食品を食べていることが伺われ、母親自身の食事の内容が 大切であることが示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | We distributed a questionnaire to mothers to determine their awareness of infant nutrition and food intake as well as eating habits. A total of 152 mothers responded to the survey between September and October 2010, and all had children aged between 5 months and 18 months. A majority of respondents were part of nuclear families with 4 family members. Most mothers responded that they“neither liked nor disliked”preparing meals and most “liked”making sweets. Most mothers also responded that they “almost never” used pre-prepared side dishes or instant foodstuffs. Kitchen utensils described as frequently used included “kitchen knife”,“frying pan”, “cooker”, and “cutting board”,whereas those used infrequently included “a mixer”and “mortar and pestle”. With regard to the dietary habits of the mothers, most responded that they “ate vegetables almost every day”and that they “ate meals prepared using oil once a day”. Few mothers responded that they “ate fruit every day”or that they “ate seaweed products every day”. With regard to the source of information for the preparation of baby food,“magazines” were ranked first, followed by “internet”, “friends”, “parents”and “dieticians”. “TV”was the lowest ranked source. The proportion of respondents who replied that they were “sometimes troubled”when preparing baby food increased as the age of their infants increased. Commercial baby food was used by approximately 60% of mothers. The most common reason given was “ease of preparation.” The most common reason for not using commercial baby food was that the mothers “made it themselves”, followed by “high cost”. Most mothers responded that they shared the same food with their child at evening meals. Mothers also shared snacks with their children over 9 months of age. From this, it was observed that infants aged nine months or more eat the same food as their mother, suggesting that the contents of mothers’meals were important for the children. |
