| 内容記述 | アンブロワーズ・パレの外科学の特徴を検証することが本研究の目的であった。近代外科学の創設者と言われるアンブロワーズ・パレは、科学としての医学および栄養学が成立する前夜の16世紀フランスに生きた実証的な観察眼と共に深い人間愛を持ったルネッサンスのヒューマニストであった。現代の医科学と較べると、アンブロワーズ・パレの医学はいくつかの特徴を持っていることが判明した。すなわちまず第一に、彼の外科療法は、生活療法と薬物療法とが互いに補い合う治療法であった。第二番目には、彼の医療は、病気の種類よりも患者の個人的特質に応じて個別化された医療であった。第三番目には、彼の治療法は生活療法によって体の自然治癒力の足りない部分を補って全体性を回復することを目的とした獲得されたアートであった。現代の生活療法すなわち良い生き方の樹立のためには、このアンブロワーズ・パレの治療法の視点が重要であろう。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of the surgery of Ambroise Pare. Ambroise Pare, the originator of modern surgery, was also a Renaissance humanist with compassionate and observational mind, who lived in 16^<th> century France previous to the establishment of medical and dietetic science. In comparison with modern scientific medicine and surgery, several characteristics were found in his surgery : First, his surgery was a therapeutics complemented with regimen, a good way of living, and pharmacotherapy ; Secondly, one person's constitution had a more important role on the treatment of patients than diseases themselves ; Thirdly, his therapeutics was a learned art for recovering the wholeness by complementing the body's natural healing power with regimen or a good way of living. Therapeutic viewpoint of Ambroise Pare would be important for the establishment of modern regimen, diet or good way of living. | |||||
